Villa Marna is located in the village of Balgarevo, only 3 km / 10 minutes by car / from Bolata beach and Rusalka beach.

The villa is on two floors. The first floor is occupied by a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and serving food - built-in oven and hob, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils for cooking and eating, washing machine. The kitchen leads to a dining room with table and chairs; a spacious seating area with a comfortable sofa bed / two people can comfortably sleep on it /; 32 ”LCD TV, cable TV and unlimited wireless internet; Air conditioning. The second floor is occupied entirely by three bedrooms - each of the bedrooms has a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and terrace; The bedrooms are equipped with bed linen, towels and duvets; air conditioning in each room; on the floor there is a luxury bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The villa has a private pool measuring 6 by 4 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters. Sun loungers and parasols around the pool will complement your comfort. Your children can play freely in the well-landscaped garden while you enjoy a cold cocktail on the sun lounger under the umbrella or while drinking aromatic wine on the veranda. The veranda is equipped with a table and chairs for six, as well as a portable barbecue. In the morning you will be awakened by the songs of the swallows, and in the evening you will enjoy the silence and the song of the crickets - a peace you will not find in the city or in the noisy holiday complexes!

The villa is fenced and has one parking space in the yard, and two more cars can be parked in front of the house. The area is calm and safe. The center of Balgarevo is only 3-4 minutes walk. In the heat of summer you will try the pleasure of local melons and the incredible taste of real Bulgarian tomatoes.

Balgarevo is a village in northeastern Bulgaria, Dobrich District, Kavarna Municipality. Balgarevo has the longest coastline of all settlements on the Bulgarian coast. Balgarevo is the closest settlement to Cape Kaliakra. The village is also located near the resort "Rusalka", the area Dalboka with the famous mussel farm, as well as the area Bolata, a 6-kilometer winding canyon with changing vegetation, caves, swamp - a habitat of rare birds, as it ends with beautiful sandy bay.

The village of Balgarevo has a very well developed infrastructure. In the center of the village there are several local well-stocked shops, 6 restaurants, a pizzeria bar, a health service and a gas station with a car wash. Bulgarevo is well known and is a favorite destination of many tourists who prefer the tranquility of the North Black Sea coast.

Bolata is an area located on the bay of the same name and is part of the Kaliakra reserve. It is located in the northern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast near the village of Balgarevo. The sandy beach is of natural origin and is unique for the rocky shores in the area of Kaliakra. The limestone rocks in the area have a beautiful red color. Remains of an ancient settlement and evidence of life from 400 BC have been found in the caves of Bolata. , as well as the Maltese Cross - a certificate of trade of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom with Venice and Genoa. Stone circles, sacrificial stones, rock caves - dwellings were also found. The beach is also widely known as a place for diving. A steep path to the north climbs to the top of the rock wall, from where there is an incredible view of the entire gorge. Bolata Bay is part of the Club "The most beautiful bays in the world".

Kaliakra is one of the first protected areas in Bulgaria. The cape protrudes 2 km into the sea and resembles a peninsula, is a nature and archeological reserve and one of the Hundred National Tourist Sites. The sheer cliffs descend 70 meters to the sea. The surf waves have carved caves, niches, ditches and arches at their feet, which can only be reached from the sea. The bay formed by Cape Kaliakra is a very good shelter in case of storm for the ships passing by. On the promontory there is a museum, a restaurant, a lighthouse, a naval radar station, a meteorological station and a chapel. Very rare species of birds can be observed there, and early in the morning you can see the game of dolphins among the sea waves.

OUR GUESTS REVIEWS:

A reasonably well equipped house on the edge of the village. Very peaceful and quiet with a great view. Shops are still in walking distance (no more than 10 min to the farthest one). The house was clean and very spacious. The host gave us a toor and also recommended good places to eat in and around the village as well as a good beach to visit that was kids friendly. Overall we are very pleased with our stay.
