Since 2008, our main activity is property management, maintenance and renting of apartment, villas and holiday complexes on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.

To be informed is priority for us - that is why, we are doing our best all e-mails to be replied in 24 hours and the relevant information and tasks to be forwarded to our clients with the same time scale. Both managers are informed all the time on the issues and tasks for each client and property and we both are personally in communication with the property owners and Complex association boards and members. Although a lot of the works and assignments are executed from our employees, we – the managers - are aware and in touch with all issues and actual pending tasks.
