Villa Edem is located in the village of Balgarevo, one of the best developed villages in Northeastern Bulgaria. The village has 6 well-stocked shops, several restaurants, gas station. Kavarna is only a 10-minute drive away. The famous summer resort "Rusalka" is only 7/8 minutes by car - there you can enjoy a pool overlooking the sea; lots of fun for your kids, restaurant, cocktail bar and more. Another 10 minutes will take you to the golf courses and to the luxurious beaches with boars in the sea of Thracian Cliffs.

Villa Edem is suitable for 4/6 people. It offers its guests a beautiful landscaped garden, private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, parking space. Porch with table and benches for dining outside and barbecue for your pleasant summer evenings. Your morning coffee will be greeted by the song of the birds, and in the evening you will be sent the crickets' violins - peace, tranquility and coziness, which will charge you for months to come!

The villa is located on one floor and has two separate fully equipped bedrooms with double beds; spacious dining room with fully equipped modern kitchen - built-in stove, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, utensils for cooking and eating; dining table with chairs; cable TV and free wireless internet; The living room has a sofa bed where two children can sleep. The villa is served by a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Each room has a private air conditioner.
