Villa Mariela is a holiday, detached villa with its own swimming pool, just 15 minutes by car from the beach of Byala.

The villa is located in the village of Yunets, a quiet and peaceful place, nestled in the forest, but at the same time in close proximity to beautiful and clean beaches; The incredible sunny beaches of Shkorpilovtsi and Kamchia are only 22 km from the villa. The beach of Obzor and its tourist promenade, dotted with many restaurants, cafes and of course a beautiful sea and beach, is only 20 minutes by car.

The villa is completely detached with a fenced yard, which will contribute to the peace and comfort of your vacation. In front of the house there is a parking space for two cars. The villa has a neat landscaped garden with a swimming pool with sun loungers and a shade canopy, which on disposal of the guests of the house. The pool is excellently maintained. In the well-landscaped garden, your children will have fun while you enjoy sunbathing and cold drinks around the pool.

The house is located on two floors and has three bedrooms located on the first floor:
- a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with a toilet and access to the garden;
- a second bedroom also with a double bed and a wardrobe;
- a third bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe;
A second bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet is located on the floor and serves the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning.

On the second floor of the villa there is a spacious kitchen with a dining room and a living room. The kitchen is modernly equipped with everything you need for cooking and serving food - an oven, a hob, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a hot water kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. A dining table for 6 people. The living room has a large corner sofa bed, a TV and wireless internet. On the floor there is a utility room with a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. The dining room opens onto a wonderful terrace with a view of the garden and the pool. The terrace is also equipped with a table and chairs, and for better comfort in the hot summer months the terrace is equipped with an awning for shade.

The price of the villa includes all utilities during your stay - electricity, water, internet and cable TV. The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your stay. The price does not include cleaning and changing towels and sheets during your vacation, if you wish to have such, it is paid additionally.
