Villa for rent with pool and sea view

Detached luxury villa located in Momchil villa zone above Balchik. The villa is 4 km away from Balchik; 10 km from Albena and 19 km from Kavarna. From the balcony of the Poppi villa you will have the opportunity to enjoy the amazing view of the small nestled houses of Balchik and its beaches and green hilly slopes. For the convenience of its guests the villa has two parking spaces.

The villa is suitable for 6 to 8 people - there are 3 spacious bedrooms, two of them with double beds, and the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds; two more can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning. Sheets and towels are provided.

The house also has a spacious living room with sofas, coffee table, satellite TV and internet; Kitchenette with modern fitted kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances - four ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker and the necessary utensils for preparing and serving food. In the living room there is a large dining room with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa, which you can relax in front of the TV or just enjoy the beautiful sea views revealed by the panoramic windows. The villa is serviced by four bathrooms, each of which is luxuriously furnished with a sink, toilet and shower-cabin. Villa Poppy has a separate bathroom with washing machine, ironing table, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

An additional joy and amusement will be added by the game room located on the ground floor and leading directly to the pool - equipped with a pool table /billiard/, comfortable sofas, TV and many other games where you can safely let your children play while you enjoy the summer cocktail by the pool.

The villa has a large beautifully maintained garden with an outdoor pool, sun beds and umbrellas. The pool is maintained and clean all the time. For the convenience of guests of the villa there is a BBQ in the garden with table and chairs where you can enjoy a nice lunch or dinner in the fresh air in the nature near the pool.

Balchik is a small but very romantic beautiful Bulgarian seaside town. With its white rocks and beautiful scenery, the pearl of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast is a preferred place for rest and tourism by the people of art and culture, scientists and foreign tourists. With its narrow streets and picturesque scenery, the city is a living symbol of a peaceful world. The place is most famous for its exotic Botanical Garden - the largest in the Balkans. Flowers and trees from the Mediterranean islands, the Pacific Ocean, the Black Sea, South Asia and America are a real treat for the visitor. The Botanical Gardens can see about 3000 species of plants (more than 250 of which are cacti) arranged between waterfalls, small river streams and decorative channels. The town is located about 35 km north of Varna and 500 km east of the capital Sofia.

There are other interesting areas around Balchik - Tuzlata locality is located 4 km east of the town and is well known for its healing mud. Here, up to two lakes formed by old landslides, a balneal center was built. It is mainly visited by patients with joint diseases who may also use mineral water at temperatures above 31 ° C.
