If you have already made your reservation for an apartment or house:
You can change time/ dates for your reservation at any time insted of canceling
If you have already made a reservation, you can change the time and / or location.
• You can travel later - delay the rental.
• You can travel to another place - choose another destination offered by us.
Whatever you decide, you can change your reservation by contacting us at office@holidaysinbulgaria.bg or by phone.
You will not pay any administrative fees for changing your reservation, although it may affect the rental price depending on the property selected.
You can cancel your reservation
• If you cancel your reservation with dates that are in a state of emergency and strict travel arrangements (currently in Bulgaria this is the time until May 13, 2020), then we will refund the entire amount paid as a deposit from you.
• If your booking dates are beyond the scope of the emergency and strict travel arrangements (currently in Bulgaria this is the time until May 13, 2020) and you still wish to cancel your reservation, we will refund you of your deposit, withholding the amount for the first night.
Of course, if you have booked an apartment or guest house in a destination where your government recommends avoiding travel, or are in an area that is not allowed to leave, you will receive a full refund (including any booking deposit that you may have paid) if you cancel at any time before the rental period begins.
If you have changed your travel plans because of the Coronavirus, remember that you can change the time or place of renting an apartment / guesthouse for free.
