Luxury villa located near the one of the best Black Sea resorts - Albena and Balchik. The villa is located in the village of Sokolovo, which is 8 km from Balchik; 10 km from Albena and 19 km from Kavarna. Spending your vacation in Villa Relax you will have the opportunity to enjoy the sights and beautiful beaches of our Northern Black Sea coast.

The village of Sokolovo is a charming seaside village 47 km away from Varna. The village is known as the oldest and longest village in the district and is the fastest growing settlement in the area.

The village is quiet and picturesque. Communications are at a high level, so is the infrastructure. In the village there are several small shops to supply the most necessary and a coffee bust with delicious cuisine.

The villa is located in the center of the village, very close to one of the local shops.

The villa is suitable for 6 people - there are 3 large bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Each of the bedrooms has air conditioning. Sheets and towels are provided. The villa is served by two bathrooms with sink and shower and another additional toilet with sink. Spacious living room with sofas, coffee table, satellite TV and internet; Kitchen with modern fitted kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances - four ceramic hobs, oven, screen, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle for hot water and the necessary utensils for cooking and eating; table with six dining chairs.

The villa has a large pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The pool is maintained and clean at all times. You can also enjoy the good summer weather and the delicious food, it is equipped with a plastic table and chairs; portable barbecue.

The house is surrounded by a large landscaped yard, where there is plenty of space for children to play. The villa is a perfect place for families with children. Here you will find peace in nature, and the sun by the pool will charge you with the energy you need all year round.
