Villa Nolan is a holiday, detached villa with private pool, only 8 km from the town of Bachik.

The villa is located in the village of Sokolovo, a quiet and peaceful place; very well arranged - there are several local shops where you can find the main products; bistro restaurant with good cuisine. The amazing sunny beaches of Albena are only 10 km away. The beach of Balchik and its tourist promenade dotted with many restaurants, cafes and of course beautiful sea views is only 10 minutes away by car.

The villa is completely independent and is surrounded by a high fence, which will contribute to the peace and comfort of your holiday. There is one parking space in the yard, and another car can be parked in front of the house. The villa has a neat landscaped yard, where there is a small pool with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is well maintained. The pool is located in front of the porch of the house. As it is 1.20 deep, it is extremely suitable for children and you will be able to enjoy the chilled white wine on the veranda while your children have fun in the pool without losing sight of them.
