Summer villa with pool Afina is suitable for 8 people. It is located on two floors.
On the first floor of the house there are two luxury bedrooms / one with a double bed and a wardrobe, and the second with two single beds and a wardrobe /; bathroom with bathtub, shower cabin and toilet serves both bedrooms; air conditioning in each room; lovely veranda with seating/relax area overlooking the garden and pool.
On the second floor of the villa are the other two bedrooms - both with double beds and wardrobe, and in one there is a desk for work or correspondence. Each bedroom on the second floor has its private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Air conditioning in each bedroom. Most of the second floor is occupied by a spacious living-dining room - a comfortable place to relax in front of the TV; Wireless Internet; large dining table; modern equipped kitchen - large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven with built-in ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle for hot water and the necessary utensils for cooking and eating; the dining room leads to a large covered terrace with a dining table and a wonderful sea view. There is a laundry room on the ground floor.
Villa Afina has a beautiful green area, a private pool with sun loungers, a barbecue and a gazebo by the pool. Here you will enjoy sunny days and quiet summer nights in the company of friends and family. The villa has two parking spaces in front of the house.
The complex area consists of 28 detached or semi-detached villas, a car park, two shared swimming pools, one with a children's section, sun loungers and tents, La Campana Pizzeria and a small shop. Bell Tower Villas are located next to the Sports and Wellness Center, a lake with a picnic and barbecue area, Lake Tavern, the main entrance.

Beaches
Just a few minutes by car at your disposal are some of the most beautiful beaches on the northern Black Sea coast. Transfers to and from the beach can be arranged for you at reception.
Cherry Beach - a beautiful white lagoon - just a ten minute drive from BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas you will find a pleasant sandy beach surrounded by a beautiful white lagoon. Sit back, relax and enjoy the newly opened beach bar, which offers a wide variety of cocktails, salads, fresh fish, barbecue and snacks. Indulge in the sunlight and enjoy the water activities that are available. You can try water skiing or take an amazing trip on a private yacht, exploring the surroundings.
Bendida Beach - a pristine beach located under the lush greenery of the golf course at Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort. The calm and warm sea is ideal for swimming. Beach beds and tents are available to guests a few meters from the shore.
