The resort town of Pomorie is located 20 km north of Bourgas, 18 km south of Nessebar. The proximity of Sarafovo Airport, which is only 8 km away, makes Pomorie even more accessible, especially for foreign tourists.

The Historical Museum in Pomorie presents many finds discovered during archeological excavations - coins, amphorae, anchors from the Bronze Age and even tusks of a mammoth from prehistoric times. Of particular interest is the Roman mosaic from the bathroom, as well as fragments of columns.
The festival of sand sculptures is held annually in the city of Burgas on the territory of the Burgas park "Lake" in the Sea Garden. It begins in July as sculptures of castles, towers, sea animals, mermaids, pirates, fairy creatures and others - some over 8 meters high - remain open to the public throughout the summer.
